At NSW Paintings, we are committed to delivering high-quality painting services with professionalism and care. We understand that sometimes situations change, and we aim to handle all refund or cancellation requests fairly and efficiently.
1. Service Guarantee
We strive to ensure all our clients are satisfied with the quality and completion of our services. If you believe the service provided does not meet the expectations outlined in your service agreement or quote, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or service correction under the following conditions:
- Work has not yet commenced, and cancellation is requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- There is a clear failure to deliver the service as quoted or agreed upon.
- Materials have not yet been ordered or applied to the property.
- A valid concern has been raised within 7 days of service completion.
⚠️ Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after service has started
- Completed projects that meet the agreed scope and quality
- Delays caused by client-side decisions or access restrictions
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested in writing by email to contact@nswpaintings.com.au. If accepted, any applicable materials costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Dispute Resolution & Communication
Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you must first contact NSW Paintings directly. We are committed to resolving all customer issues promptly and professionally.

Filing a dispute without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue may delay your refund process and breach our terms of service.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
